First time director Jesse Rosen’s The Art of Being Straight is a sexy comedy about two college friends with questioning ideas around careers and sexuality in East Los Angeles. John (Jesse Rosen) moves to LA after a break-up from his girlfriend. He’s back to his old womanizing ways until he meets his old flame, Maddy (Rachel Castillo), and her girlfriend. He takes an entry-level job at an ad agency where he meets executive Paul (Johnny Ray). The two of them end up in bed and John has to make some serious decisions.
