Oscars 2009: Curious Case of Benjamin Button

Jennifer Anniston and Jack Black introduced the Best Animation Feature to Andrew Stanton forWall E. And the Best Animated Short to Kunio Kato for La Maison En Petits Cubes. “So heavy. Thank you very much. Thank you, my supporters. Thank you, all my staff. Thank you, my producer. Thank you. Thank you, animation. Thank you my company, Robot. Domo arigato, Mr. Roboto.”

Sarah Jessica Parket and Daniel Craig introduce the nominees for Best Art Direction which went to Donald Graham Burt and Victor J. Zolfo for “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.” Best Costume Design went to Michael O’Connor for “The Duchess.” And lastly Make-up to Greg Cannom for “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.”

Natalie Portman and Ben Stiller, who in heavy beard and glasses sent up Joaquin Phoenix beautifully, presented the best Cinematographer award to Anthony Dod Mantle for Slumdog Millionaire.

Pineapple Express duo, James Franco and Seth Rogan sent up this years film nominations before introducing on stage the winner for Best Live Action Short film, Jochen Alexander Freydank for Spielzeugland.
