Having just seen everyone’s favorite jilted celebrity, Jennifer Aniston, in “He’s Just Not That Into You,” it turns out that our Jen is a lot less decisive when it comes to her real estate than she is with her celluloid love life. A “friend” of the actress reports that Jennifer has been remodeling her glamorous pad for more than two years and simply cannot make up her mind about what she wants. In 2006 she purchased the gorgeous $13,500,000, six bedroom, 9,105 square-foot house in Beverly Hills, which was designed by renowned architect Hal Levitt.
Her “friend” also went on to say that Jennifer is “driving the contractor crazy” and has paid more than $1,000,000 to update the 1972 house. She’s changed the sealing windows, changed the shower to a recording studio (yes, you read that right), and made other design improvements. But no matter how much her “friend” bitches about our Jennifer, we’ll always love our jilted Jen.

Aniston’s Smart $1 Million Remodel
Everyone’s favorite jilted celebrity, Jennifer Aniston, is pretty hardnosed when it comes to romance in He’s Just Not That Into You. But it turns out that our Jen is a lot less decisive about real-life real estate than her on-screen persona is about her love life. A friend of the actress reports that Jennifer has been remodeling her glamorous pad for more than two years and simply cannot make up her mind about what she wants. In 2006 she purchased the gorgeous $13.5 million, six-bedroom, 9,105-square-foot house in Beverly Hills; the home was designed by renowned architect Hal Levitt. Aniston is in good company in her neighborhood-neighbors include Simon Cowell and best friend Courtney Cox.
Her friend went on to say that Jennifer is driving the contractor crazy and has paid more than $1 million to update the 1972 house. She’s changed the windows, converted the shower into a recording studio (yes, you read that correctly), and made countless other design improvements. But no matter how much the actress’s friend bitches about her indecision, we’ll always love our jilted Jen.
